We seek a cook/kitchen hand to work in our busy city located restaurant Izakaya Chuji.
Izakaya Chuji is famous as being the original Izakaya in Australia with 30 years of trading history!
Working hours from 3pm to 10:30pm/11pm, around 35 hours a week.
A successful applicant MUST have the following requirements:
-MUST have an experience (Pan-fried section)
-1 year or more in a similar role or section
-Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
-Flexible in working hours (weekend work is a must)
(We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.)
-A positive and hands on approach to all operations within the kitchen
-MUST have a good clear communication
If you are not an Australian citizen or a permanent resident, please include your Visa status (expiry date) and your work experience in your resume.
