Hello, we are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager who can align with our brand’s aesthetic, values, and service style.
The ideal candidate has solid coffee knowledge, strong English communication skills, and can confidently lead daily operations with a warm and calm attitude.
✨ Your Role
Prepare high-quality espresso and milk beverages with consistency
Maintain strong knowledge of coffee beans, extraction, and workflow
Lead the daily operation of the cafe including opening and closing
Manage staff, train new team members, and create a positive working environment
Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and aligned with our brand’s aesthetic
Provide warm, polite, and attentive customer service
Oversee stock management and communicate with suppliers
Maintain cash handling accuracy and POS management
✨ We’re Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years experience as a barista or supervisor
Strong English communication skills (required)
Solid knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
Clean, polished personal style that fits our brand mood
Strong leadership, responsibility, and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
Someone who cares about presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere
Must be available on weekends
