A cafe in Balwyn is looking for a barista with passion and experience to join our team.

We are looking for a gun part-time barista ( around 20hr/week, weekends not essential but preferable) , who is not only skilled for coffees, also demonstrate a range of other skills such as great customer service, good communication skills, a high level of commonsense and the ability to work well under pressure. 
We are young, passionate and positive team, and can grow your skills and abilities.

To be considered for a Barista position you will have the following

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a full-time Barista
• Have passion for coffee and confident and who can present coffee knowledge to customers
• Able to handle cash and tills
• Good customer service
• Able to do consistently present high quality latte arts
• Humble attitudes
• Able to maintain extremely high standards under pressure and fast
• Be well presented, high customer service
• Be able to speak English confidently and fluently
• Able to run a coffee bar solely on weekdays - Espresso, filter both required
