We are currently on the hunt for T- master to join the Brew Crew in Chatime brunswick who have a flair for

• Leading exceptional customer experience

• Sparking curiousity with everything they do

You will have;

- A can-do attitude and not being afraid to get your hands dirty

- Passionate about driving sales through amazing Operations and Customer experience and genuine desire to be involved in Local Area Marketing initiatives

- Ability to work within company policies including all food handling and safety procedures, ensuring this is upheld in your store.

- Experience and enthusiasm to develop and manage a team of customer-facing T-Ristas

- Efficient business management skills, with experience in managing operational efficiencies (labour, COGs, customer experience) with an eye for detail.

- Must be available to work minimum 38 hours per week

- Must have full-time work rights as this is a full-time role
