We’re looking for one person to join our home. There will be three people in total including you.
This is not a rotating share house, it’s a quiet, well-maintained home that I’ve lived in for over five years.
We’d prefer someone clean, tidy, and non-smoking, with some share-house experience, who respects basic cleaning rules and personal boundaries.
Available: From November 1
Rent: $300 per week
Bond: $200
Utilities: Gas, water, and Wi-Fi included (electricity separate)
Discount: ~10% off for the first month (if paid monthly)
Notice period: 1 month
Minimum stay: 3 months
