Located on very high floor, this corner apartment has amazing views. Situated at the corner of Spencer Stand Little Bourke St, it’s conveniently across the road from Southern Cross station. Various trams at doorstep.
Has a large bedroom with private balcony available for rent, move in around 10th February.
Bedroom is quite sizable for city, with large built-in wardrobe. Furniture supplied include a desk, chair, double bed. Amazing view of city and harbour!
Rent is $1,355 per month ($312.69 per week), to live in the room by yourself. Bond is also same as a monthly rent.
독방 달에 $1355 빌 따로 (주 $312) live in the room by yourself -share bills.
Available to move in on around February 10th. Preferably 6 months lease, preference towards longer lease.
Share all bills. Bill is generally around $60-70 per month per person.
Including yourself will be a total of three/four girls living together. The other housemates are female Asian background students. All of you share the kitchen area, there’re no other shared living areas.
Features free access to gym, swimming pool, sauna, library, outdoor BBQ, rock climbing, plus 24 hours patrolling security and concierge service (parcel holding service) in the apartment.
