리치몬드 IKEA, Kmart, Coles 그리고 트램스탑 바로 앞에있는 새로지어진 아파트에 사는 친구인데
한국인 쉐어분들을 찾고싶어해서 올려요.
친구가 여자라서 여자 한분 혹은 커플, 여자 두분 이렇게 지원해주시면 감사하겠습니다.
그리고 아파트는 제가 자주 놀러가는데 정말 좋아요 거기서 사우나하고 수영, 짐도 좋구요. 무엇보다 IKEA 바로 앞이라 심심하면 구경가고 그래요
바베큐 먹는 공간도 있구요. 조용하게 오래 지내고 싶으신분들 지원 많이해주세요
화장실은 2개이고 하나 쓰실 수 있어요 사진을 더 첨부하고싶은데 업로드가 더 안되네요?

About the apartment:
It is 2 bedroom flat with 2 toilets in THE PARK HOUSE. You will only be sharing the flat with one person which is me and you will have the common toilet(with bath tub) all to yourself. The property is opposite of IKEA Richmond and tram stops. It is a new building with world class amenities.
The apartment and room available is furnished(bed and side table), room is with built in wardrobe as well.
$450/week for single occupant. All bills divided by 2.
It's $575/week for couples. And the bills would be divided by 3.
Available July 1st.
Bond is $1500.

Hi! I'm Tina.l'm a chef working two part-time jobs. One in an Aged care and the other one I’m doing cosmetic tattooing, works 4-6days a week. I prefer a quiet environment at home wherein you can relax after a tiring day at work but don't mind an occasional drink or simply a chat over dinner and sharing meals. I'm a very easy going person but at the same time very respectful of the space of others and expects the same.
