I am an educator as well as a chef, originally coming from South Korea. I am pretty much positive and nice, so happy to meet good flatmates. I like those who respect and understand each other. I like to be clean and tidy:) I have had past experiences in share house for 12 years, so I understand all the international people, as the homeowner I can offer fair value in the property at this stage.
WALKING DISTANCE TO WERRIBEE CBD
Located in an up and coming pocket of central Werribee and within a short walk or 2 minute drive to Werribee CBD with Restaurants, Cafes and Shops (1.6km) sits this fantastic opportunity.
